My Man Can Cheat On Me As Much As He Wants - Mzbel
Ghanaian musician Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, popularly known as Mzbel, has opened up about her unusual preference when it comes to relationships, admitting that she is surprisingly attracted to men who are unfaithful.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Okay FM, the “16 Years” hitmaker explained that a man’s infidelity can create a sense of challenge and competition that she finds exciting.
According to Mzbel, she is not particularly drawn to men who are constantly affectionate or overly attentive. Instead, she becomes more interested when a man pulls back or communication begins to reduce.
She revealed that constant calls, messages and daily check-ins can feel suffocating to her, suggesting that she values her independence and prefers to have personal space in a relationship.
Mzbel also disclosed that her longest relationship lasted about five years, indicating that she does not necessarily want a partner who is always around or demanding her attention.
Beyond her views on relationships, Mzbel has also been vocal about her political involvement. Earlier this year, she revealed that she would reject a political appointment, even if offered directly by the President.
She explained that her priority is maintaining her peace of mind and avoiding the scrutiny that often comes with political positions.
“The truth is that I will turn down an offer of appointment should the President even call because I want peace of mind. I don’t want anyone to equate my success to politics because I work very hard.”
She further explained that accepting such a position could lead to people attributing her achievements and activities to political influence.
Mzbel has remained an outspoken supporter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and has participated actively in the party’s campaign activities over the years.
